Internship in creative content development and/or project management in film industry.
Ragnarock is seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in storytelling, screenwriting, film, and TV-series structure for an internship.
According to their skills and interests, the intern could assist the Ragnarock founder in the market research, analysis, review, structuring, creation, and pitching of original intellectual property (IP) belonging to the organization, including bibles, screenplays, one-page presentations, and loglines for original TV series, animated series, and films.
Tasks could include:

• Reviewing and discussing original IPs such as screenplays, presentations, treatments, bibles, and loglines.
• Conducting research on various topics, building of a network.
• Coordinating with visual artists to redo or fine-tune the layout of bibles/presentations.
• Providing personal critical opinions, ideas, and film references.
• Researching and positioning the different IPs in a local and global market perspective, comparing projects with existing ones, and evaluating and ranking how up-to-date the projects are compared to the needs of producers, platforms, and viewers, and modern trends.
• Research in selecting buyers (production companies, platforms, studios, agents) on whether the IPs align with the buyer's products of interests.

The intern will work alongside the Ragnarock founder to lay the necessary groundwork for achieving Ragnarock's short-term goal of introducing the aforementioned IPs in the European/US audiovisual market.

To be considered for this internship, the candidate should have:

• At least a beginner's level of understanding in screenwriting, creative writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of PC/Mac (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Draft, Power Point and MIdjournej are a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not required:

• Knowledge in bible structuring, pitches, treatments, synopses.
• Academic achievement and interest in entertainment, arts.
• Film Making.
• Film production.

Language requirements:

• Excellent written and oral knowledge of the English language.
• Danish (plus).
• Italian (plus).

In principle, the internship is located in Copenhagen, but there is the possibility of working remotely from anywhere in Europe or the rest of the world. The internship starts in November 2024 but applications are accepted and evaluated on a ongoing basis. The internship must last at least 3 months, and it can be part-time or full-time. There is the possibility of a collaboration calibrated to the intern's time availability.

Ragnarock is an Italian organization that produces original creative events at the national and international level (in Italy, Denmark, and throughout Europe). The company has worked with LEGO, the European Parliament, and several municipalities.
After over 10 years of producing events, the organization aims to create a new area focused on the production of original content in the entertainment industry, particularly in the areas of animated TV series, TV series, and movies.
The medium-term goal is to establish an organization that is capable of creating high-quality content both on its own intellectual property and on commission.
The long-term goal is to establish a production company with proprietary intellectual property that has access to financing and can develop an audiovisual product from idea to final product, taking into consideration the marketing strategy and distribution.
