Currently, we are on the lookout for an IT Senior Supporter who will not only steer our local IT operations but also collaborate with regional offices to ensure seamless technology support and infrastructure management.
Role description
As an IT Senior Supporter, you will be at the heart of our technology operations, leading a smaller team of IT Supporters and ensuring smooth, efficient support for our regional offices. You will be the bridge between IT support and infrastructure, ensuring our tech runs seamlessly while also driving strategic improvements.

Areas of focus
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and guide your IT team, conducting regular check-ins to foster growth and collaboration
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Be the go-to person for managing escalations and coordinating with various technology stakeholders
  • Incident & Continuity Support: Work closely with the incident team to manage and mitigate IT incidents while ensuring the continuity and availability of applications
  • Policy Development: Craft and implement IT policies and best practices that strengthen our operational excellence
  • Regional Office Engagement: Take ownership of regional office setups, conducting site visits, and ensuring users have optimal IT experiences
  • Saa S Expertise: Specialize in key Saa S applications, becoming the subject matter expert who drives their effective use across the organization
Technologies you will be working with:
Office 365, ITIL V5, Intune, Windows 11, MS Teams, Jira, Endpoint Central, Power Apps, Low Code and Share Point Online

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch 1st/2nd level support to users and vessels via a ticketing system
  • Manage the lifecycle of end-user equipment, from purchasing to asset management
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Monitor internal systems and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues
  • Actively engage with users to help them get the most from our IT platforms
Furthermore, it is preferred if, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and familiar with enterprise-level IT environments.
You have experience with one or more of the following:
  • User administration in Azure and O365
  • Endpoint management and software deployment
  • Network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Helpdesk systems such as Jira or similar platforms
  • Power Platform
  • Microsoft Intune for device management
