In the coming year we will be developing and launching a brand-new digital learning platform. Therefore, we are now looking for a Student Assistant to support us in this project integrating the latest trends and technologies into our educational program.
And do not worry if you also had to google biofuels! Curiosity is one of our core values, and we will equip you with the resources you need to explore and learn. We offer flexible hours to ensure your studies remain a top priority while appreciating your dedication during busy project phases. You can expect to work a minimum of 8 hours per week on average, over the course of a month.
Your new role in Monjasa
You will join a diverse and professional HR team of 12 supportive and fantastic colleagues located in Denmark, UAE and Panama. Your manager will be our Senior HR Business Partner and responsible for our internal Academy.

Job description
Your primary role will be collaborating with our Digital Learning & Development Partner in migrating to a new learning platform addressing current challenges and improving user experience. This project will involve ensuring a seamless transition, optimizing the platform for better reporting and gathering input from various stakeholders.
Additionally, you will support in creating engaging and interactive digital learning on a group level and assist in keeping the content and users up to date in our learning platform. Furthermore, we would love to hear your ideas on how we can enhance the effectiveness and appeal of our learning materials. Hopefully, we can also teach you a digital trick or two.
In the office, you can experience the great atmosphere from our open office setup, surround yourself with skilled colleagues, enjoy our fantastic canteen and, outside work hours, use our well-equipped gym or hang out in the lounge e.g. for a game in our private bowling alley. We can guarantee lots of ‘smile & joy’ every day and a lot of different social events. Next up is a movie-night and the annual Christmas party.
Areas of focus
- Assist with project coordination and tasks in connection to the migration from the old to the new digital learning platform
- Assist with coordinating and perform user surveys and interviews with target groups
- Support in the creation of engaging digital learning modules and videos
- Help with testing and reviewing of learning content
- Provide administrative support to the Academy team
- You are studying a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within IT, HR, learning design or similar with an interest in digital learning and project planning
- Interest or previous experience in content creation and multimedia editing
- Experience with tools and software relevant to content development (i.e. video editing tools, digital learning authoring tools) is an advantage
- Good at English and effective digital communication
We are looking for someone who excels at completing tasks efficiently while maintaining a comprehensive overview of projects. The ideal candidate should have a collaborative mindset, working well with others to achieve shared goals. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks at once without losing sight of the details. Additionally, a proactive attitude is essential, with a strong willingness to take ownership of assignments and independently find effective solutions.
