How we are organized
At Accenture, our Strategy team is organized into several practice areas, each offering distinct expertise:

Technology Strategy & Advisory: Helping clients shape their technology agendas to maximize business value, with a focus on creating practical strategies and enabling change.
Business Strategy: Working on high-impact areas like CFO & enterprise value, corporate strategy, IT transformation, efficiency improvements, and supply chain management to help clients deliver sustainable, competitive strategies.
Data & AI: Combining AI, data analytics, and automation to solve complex business challenges and help clients make informed, data-driven decisions for the future.

As a Strategy Analyst, you may work across any of these practice areas depending on client needs and project scope.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in developing business strategies that drive competitive advantage and innovation.
Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Collaborate with clients to define their long-term strategic goals and create actionable plans.
Support project teams in preparing client presentations, planning and co-executing workshops, conducting client interviews, developing intuitive Excel models, and support on other deliverables.
Work with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, including cost improvements and digital transformation.
Contribute to business development activities, helping Accenture expand its footprint in the strategy consulting space.

Who are we looking for?

You must either hold or expect to complete a relevant master's degree (such as in Engineering, IT, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields) by the summer of 2025.
Strong academic track record and excellent quantitative/analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey ideas clearly.
A curiosity for understanding technology’s role in business transformation.
Ability to work in teams, collaborate, and engage with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English, with an international mindset.

Interview process:
The interview process starts with an online at-home aptitude test.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited to an online interview. Afterwards, selected candidates will be invited to participate in an interview bootcamp day, scheduled for Week 5 of 2025 at our Copenhagen office. The interview bootcamp day will consist of both case interviews and personal-fit interviews. We therefore encourage you to practice case solving prior to the interview day to feel prepared and confident.
