Vitamin Well Group’s continued growth in Denmark has created an exciting opportunity, and we are now looking for a talented Marketing Activation Manager to lead Barebells in the Danish market.


We are looking for a driven Marketing Activation Manager to lead the charge for one of Denmark’s most impressive and fast-growing functional snack brands: Barebells. As a market leader, we are committed to pushing boundaries with bold marketing strategies and a passion for innovation.

In this role, you will take full ownership of Barebells’ marketing activations in Denmark, driving consumer engagement through well-planned campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programs.

This position is based in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Marketing for Vitamin Well Denmark. Occasional travel and participation in key activations during peak seasons and product launches will be part of the role.


As our Marketing Activation Manager Barebells Denmark, you are tasked with:

MARKETING ACTIVATION
  • Be the passionate advocate for the Barebells brand in Denmark, both internally and externally.
  • Develop and execute marketing activations tailored to the Danish market, with a focus on increasing market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Lead new product launches from planning to execution, ensuring flawless rollouts.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing for Denmark and the Global Brand Manager Barebells (based at HQ) to ensure alignment with global brand strategy and business objectives, while representing the Danish consumer and implementing necessary local adaptations.
  • Deliver best-in-class social media marketing by working closely with the Social Media Lead to create content that enhances brand visibility and grows the follower base.
  • Drive integrated marketing efforts across e Commerce and retail channels, ensuring activations align with the long-term brand strategy, while collaborating with sales teams to maximize consumer engagement and growth.
  • Oversee and manage budgets for marketing activations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

PARTNERSHIPS, AMBASSADORS AND EVENTS
  • Identify and foster local partnerships that align with Barebells' brand values and growth objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with event partners.
  • Plan, manage logistics, and execute events, both small and large, ensuring exceptional brand representation at all times.
  • Sponsor and support community events, ensuring smooth communication across both partner and internal channels.

You understand the importance of balancing long-term brand goals with immediate execution, ensuring that Barebells remains at the forefront of the Danish market.


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU BRING:
  • FMCG Marketing Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A passion for generating new ideas and activating successful marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Communication: The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, with excellent Danish and English communication skills.
  • Analytical & Organized: A structured approach to managing budgets, projects, and timelines, with an eye on delivering measurable results.
  • Event & Ambassador Management: Experience overseeing events and/or managing ambassador programs to build brand loyalty and visibility.
  • Willingness to Travel: Enthusiasm for participating in key activations and events, both locally and occasionally internationally.
