How you might spend your days
As a Manager in Process Automation, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be

• Managing a team of 15-25 automation engineers specializing in Process Control Systems like 800x A, Satt Line, and Delta V
  
• An integral part of the management team, reporting to the Process Automation Director and leading competence development initiatives across Denmark and India
  
• Engaging in stakeholder communication and collaboration to meet customer needs effectively
  
• Providing visionary leadership to the department, hiring and retention of automation engineers, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to enhance team performance and project success
  
• Efficiently allocate resources for automation projects and initiatives, ensuring cross-departmental coordination
  
• Actively participate in projects to stay abreast of technical advancements and maintain alignment with NNE’s operational standards

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have a degree in engineering within Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical production or equivalent
  
• You have minimum 7 years of experience within pharma/biotech or life science industry
  
• You have experience in people management and/or team management
  
• You have experience with engineering projects in the industrial and or life-science sectors, experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry is an advantage
  
• You speak and write Danish and English
