Marketing Assistant - Blue Ocean Robotics

At Blue Ocean Robotics we develop, produce and sell autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for service applications across a range of market verticals. We aim at creating robots that make a difference in increasing quality of life and productivity for humans across the world. Our portfolio includes brands like; UVD Robots, an award winning mobile robot for disinfection; Go Be Robots, a mobile telepresence robot for communication, social inclusion and CO2 reductions and PTR Robots, a mobile robot for safe patient handling and rehabilitation.
The job
We are looking for a proactive and organized marketing assistant to support our marketing team with around 15 hours per week. You will work onsite at our HQ in Odense, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform essential administrative tasks
Assist in the development and design of various marketing and sales materials
Support on SEM initiatives
Assist on email marketing and workflows/automations
Track and report on progress in monthly reports
Assist the team with various ad-hoc tasks

Your Profile:

You have just started or plan to start your Master’s within Marketing, Communications or similar.
Structured and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in GSuite incl. Google Sheets, Slides, Docs
Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud like Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator
Experience with Hubspot and Google Ads is a plus
Analytical and detail-oriented
Comfortable embracing new challenges
Takes ownership and demonstrates accountability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
