Are you a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist looking to make a significant impact? Join our Marketing Strategy team at Saxo Bank, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. The team you will be joining consists of 7 dedicated colleagues working with global projects within marketing strategy and client research/insights: We are looking for our new colleagues with a strong background in strategic marketing, a passion for finance, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute marketing strategies that align with Saxo Bank's business goals and enhance our market position.
Market Research and Analysis: Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Media Planning and Brand & Design teams to support our local marketing colleagues across 15 countries. Ensure marketing strategies are integrated with overall business strategies. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance Saxo Bank's brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials reflect our values and mission.
Innovation and Creativity: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Propose and implement innovative and creative marketing.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably within a marketing agency or marketing role within the financial services industry.
Language: Professional proficiency in English is required. Danish is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage for this role.

Skills

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
