The position
The purpose of this role is to support our sales team especially in the pre-sales phase of new building constructions. The role supports NBS Salespeople by qualifying and generating new leads, booking customer meetings along with salesperson, as well as contacting new and existing customers. You will support sales planning and sales funnel actions by reaching out to property developers, architects and builders in the early planning phase of a project. That means you will seek understanding for the upcoming project and present KONEs products and offers according to our policies. In this position you need to be willing to travel within Denmark.

Main responsibilities
  • Screening market for upcoming projects
  • Pro-active contacting of potential customers for early engagement
  • Qualifying all customer-initiated leads before assigning to salesperson
  • Support sales team in value discovery meetings, preparing presentations and other support material
  • Support salespeople in tendering new offers
  • Helping sales to build tailored value propositions for the customers
  • Support selling and, in some frontlines, sell standard NBS projects through phone e.g. with frame agreement or other selected projects
  • Support salespeople in keeping sales funnel and CRM data up to date

Requirements:
  • Suitable University level degree
  • 1-2 years professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful actions
  • Technical understanding
  • Experience in sales, product or customer relationship management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and build strong networks
  • A collaborative mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and a hands-on approach to tasks
  • Solid IT skills, preferably some experience of CRM, sales tools and SAP
  • Fluent in English and Danish
