You will join an organisation of +35 ambitious and dedicated colleagues in a dynamic and international environment that values team spirit and strong interpersonal relations. You will be a part of the Operations, Finance and Communication team and report directly to the Senior Director of the department.
The job includes a wide range of tasks supporting WDF’s secretariat and Board of Directors including preparation of donation agreements, release of project payments, financial tasks and follow-up, HR tasks such as recruitment and on-boarding of new employees, dedicated HR support to WDF colleagues as well as facility management. You will also be engaged in the preparation of various meetings, events and larger conferences, help ensure we adhere to relevant guidelines, support team members, engage in the annual fundraising project coordination, and assist with cross-functional tasks.

Manage financial tasks including invoices, procurement, interim accounts, and coordinate and manage arrangement and payments

Handle HR tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and provide day-to-day administrative assistance and ad hoc requests

Ensure occupational health and safety compliance and oversee facilities management and office logistics

Support planning and execution of meetings, events and conferences
-
Oversee fundraising efforts and manage income streams

Perform a broad array of ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
-
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with administrative and coordinating work
-
Potential educational background as bachelor or diploma in administration or similar. Proficiency in English and Danish both in writing and in speaking. Additional language skills in e.g. French or Spanish are considered an asset

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.) and other relevant IT tools and platforms

Detail-orientation with a systematic approach to follow-up
