Job content, responsibilities, and possibilities
Based in one of our offices in Europe, you will be supporting clients in onshore and offshore wind farm projects. Here you will be an integral part of an international team where you will take the lead on delivering assignments by leveraging your own expertise, facilitating wider PEAK Wind Subject Matter knowledge and managing the internal PEAK Wind delivery team.

What you bring and your qualities
We are looking for an Operations Project Manager who has a technical or operational engineering university degree and experience in both fields, combined with a flair for commercial topics. A commercial education with a strong technical interest or a background from management consulting would also be relevant. Ideally, you have experience working with onshore or offshore wind projects, from which you have gained broad experience and a wide skill set (technical, operational, commercial, project management). Preferably this experience comes from project development, operations or asset management.
The perfect candidate has the relevant experience combined with a proactive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure. It is important that you communicate well and are able to build relations to various projects internally, as well as your projects external stakeholders. You will be part of a motivated team with colleagues from different disciplines and parts of the world, ensuring high-quality deliverables for our international clients.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:
- Define and execute an O&M Programme for the package from early development phase through to completion of construction of the asset.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of O&M-focused projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Develop and optimize O&M strategies to address project-specific constraints and opportunities, including the identification of cost optimization opportunities and key cost drivers.
- Manage budgeting for OPEX and CAPEX, and provide essential business case inputs for key project decisions.
- Lead SMA (Service and Maintenance Agreement) , and Bo P (Balance of Plant) service contract tenders and negotiations, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Manage O&M interfaces and requirements with EPC packages (WTG, Bo P, SCADA), including design reviews from serviceability and safety perspectives, supported by O&M Engineers and HSE Managers.
