The position
As Organisational Change Partner you will support our Aseptic Manufacturing Automation team with change management and communications. You will team up with leaders and automation specialists to design and deliver our future, automated expansions. You will become a member of our OCM community anchored in the IT & Automation PMO, where we support all our tracks with effective stakeholder engagement and execution.


Your key activities will be to:
  • Drive effective & innovative stakeholder engagement through change management tools and communications.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and tactics that support the portfolio and objectives of the programme
  • Collaborate closely with Automation leads and specialists across geographies to support change readiness and project execution
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and to our OCM toolbox.
  • Develop and deliver training & adoption initiatives to support operational readiness

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
  • Master's degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioural Change, Communications or another related field
  • Between 2 years to 5 experience in OCM with a proven track record driving change projects or programmes, delivering communications and training to support change initiatives
  • In-depth understanding of organisational change management processes, methodologies and tools
  • Excellence in written and oral English
  • Experience working in an Agile or programme management setup is a plus
  • Experience from Life Sciences is also an advantage, but not a must.

As a person, you are proactive and curious with a passion for organisational change management, communications and digitalisation. You are good at navigating a broad stakeholder landscape and presenting complex matters simply and clearly. You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You are comfortable with advising subject matter experts and leaders on change management practices, and you have a strong drive to create impact and outstanding deliverables.
