The position
As a Senior Manager, your primary role involves providing leadership and guidance to the team, leading, and executing planning deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This position demands a significant level of autonomy and collaboration with key stakeholders in Product Supply and Regions across Novo Nordisk.

You can also expect the following:

Prioritization of initiatives and together with the management team develop the roadmap of future planning initiatives
Leading the team of supply chain planning experts

Develop the future model to deploy and sustain our planning process and solution
Managing resistance to change and providing solutions to mitigate risks

Some travel activities abroad must be expected.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:

Master’s degree in engineering, Business or similar field
Minimum of ten years of experience

Minimum five years of people management experience

Work experience within business processes
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English – written and verbal

About the department
The Digital Supply Chain Planning4future process excellence is an international department consisting of 40 employees with different backgrounds, collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues within and outside the Supply Chain domain. The purpose of this department is to ensure a successful delivery of the Planning4Future program established to enable a best-in-class Supply Chain Planning capability to be able to support the overall growth and increasing complexity of our portfolio. Our ambition is to ensure we always deliver value and can move the overall supply chain capability towards our future ambition. The Planning4future department is one of 7 teams in the Digital Supply Chain organization that is anchored within Global Supply Chain in Novo Nordisk Product Supply Division.
