Team and Role
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team at our Lystrup and Søborg locations in Denmark. Our department is home to 45 professionals working in a collaborative, dynamic, and informal environment. From newly graduated talents to experienced senior staff, our team of technicians, engineers, and physicists works together to drive the development and rigorous testing of advanced space electronics.

In this team, you will play a crucial role in working on cutting-edge products designed for challenging and boundary-pushing missions in extreme environments. You will be involved in the development and rigorous testing of advanced space products, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take on a variety of key responsibilities centered around the design and development of power electronics for space applications.
Your specific duties will include:
Architectural and Detailed Design
- You will thoroughly review and analyze requirements to ensure that all design aspects align with the mission's objectives and technical constraints.
- You will be responsible for the architectural and detailed design of power electronics, ensuring it meets all technical requirements.
- You will conduct detailed analyses, including parts stress, worst-case performance, failure modes, reliability, thermal, and radiation performance, to ensure the robustness and durability of the electronics in space environments.
- You will provide input for design, manufacturing and test documentation, ensuring that all aspects are clearly defined and meet industry standards.
- You will actively participate in the prototype, qualification and acceptance testing of the electronics, ensuring that all systems perform as expected.
- Your role may also include participating in customer meetings and contributing to proposal work, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are fully understood and addressed.
To succeed in this role, the following qualifications and professional competencies are required:
- You should have an MSc or BSc in Electronics Engineering, or alternatively, be a physicist with practical experience in electronics design.
- Hands-on experience in power electronics design, specifically involving converters and magnetics within the 0V to 120V operating range, is essential.
- A deep understanding of all basic active and passive discrete components.
- The ability to work with complex electronic circuit designs.
- Proficiency with design and simulation tools such as Cadence and PSpice.
- Experience with space applications, including radiation effects, is an advantage but not mandatory.
