You will play an important role in

• Strategic Leadership: Champion and refine Dev Ops best practices, mentoring a global team to maintain high standards in deployment, reliability, and security.
• Software Delivery Optimization: Improve delivery performance by increasing deployment frequency, reducing lead time, and enhancing stability.
• Design and Optimization: Lead and continually optimize CI/CD, Ia C, and Paa S environments for availability, automation, performance, security, and observability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, operational, and business teams to drive innovation and strategic development.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Skilled in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Ia C, automation, and containerization.
• Process Improvement: Proven experience in optimizing CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops processes in line with agile principles.
• Mentorship and Development: Ability to lead by example and inspire team members across time zones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communicator with experience building relationships across technical and business functions.
• Strategic Vision: Adept at aligning Dev Ops solutions with organizational goals, turning technical insights into business outcomes.

Key skills:

• Proficiency in Linux and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Expertise in scripting and automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell)
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring infrastructures
