Develop technological solutions that will shape the future of dairy focusing on innovation and sustainability
We are looking for a highly skilled Process Developer with the main objective to deliver recommendations and provide technical solutions to innovation challenges. We explore new to Arla and to the world technologies within membrane filtration, and fermentation. Technology is a game changer, and we want to explore and stay updated with the best technologies fit for purpose.

You will:

• Deliver new business opportunities through science application, technology exploration and prototyping
• Support both explorative projects and implementation of new to Arla technology across dairies
• Utilize your technical knowledge to strengthen Arla’s competencies within our Key Technologies and beyond
• Build a broad network across Arla Foods and work collaboratively with relevant functions in innovation projects across categories
• Leverage a combination of functional and business expertise to develop the technical elements of consumer propositions that drive sustainable business growth and support Arla’s Innovation Strategy

Who are you?
You are curious and have a solid knowledge of Food Science and Technology, hands on experience with dairy technologies such as membrane filtration, fermentation, heat treatment within product categories such as milk, milk-based beverages, fermented products. Expertise and the willingness to gain even deeper knowledge in one or more of these technologies areas is a must.

You feel comfortable both in a dairy processing environment when you execute trials together with our technicians as well as in a stakeholder meeting presenting results and prototypes to a larger group. If you have experience from product categories such as milk based beverages, butter, fermented products and cooking that is a plus.

You probably have:

• A MSc or Ph D in Food Science, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar
• Previous experience in FMCG, R&D, product- or technology development roles.
• You are proactive and have a Growth Mindset - you are ready to tackle challenges and use every opportunity to grow into a better version of yourself.
• Finally, you are fluent in English both written and orally.
