Process and maintenance Manager, Bio Mar R&D pilot plant

We are looking to hire a new colleague to manage our overall maintenance and technical optimization projects at our Process Innovation Tech Centre; our state-of-the-art pilot plant located in Brande, Denmark. Join our Process Innovation Tech Centre Team

As “Process and maintenance manager” at our R&D pilot plant you will have the overall responsibility that the plant is well maintained, running, and have operational reliability. As “Process and maintenance manager”, you will be key to ensure that our production processes run smoothly. Your tasks will include:

Manage, plan, structure and execute preventive maintenance program.
Manage the maintenance, implementation, and technical optimization projects.
Collaborate efficiently with colleagues, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
Execute root cause analysis and manual maintenance tasks when needed.
Execute electrical and other technical maintenance tasks at the pilot plant.
Ensure relevant documentation and reports in relation to maintenance and optimization tasks/projects.
Work closely together with the production team to ensure minimum down time.
Identify and implement process optimizations to increase the plant efficiency.
Ensure all safety standards and procedure are complied with.
Participate in our global process network with colleagues from Bio Mar factories, including global tasks when/if required.

You are a team player and has strong technical skills combined with experience from process industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience from process plant maintenance or equivalent. Furthermore, an education as mechanical engineer (maskinmester), automation technician or equivalent will be valued. You will ideally also:

have a working style that is structured, systematically and dedicated.
have a personality that enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the full organisation, sociable and strong communication skills.
enjoy working in teams but also independently.
ability to manage and execute maintenance and process projects.
be technical skilled within process plants and production environments.
execute inspections and manually work with in the areas of electricity.
