Product Manager, Games Ecosystem Integrations

Developing and driving the product vision and roadmap for ecosystem integration products together with the team.

Collaborating with internal and external partners through product discovery and delivery.

Leverag ing your growth mindset to infuse creativity and consistency in facilitating and working with the product team.

Identifying player needs, business needs and opportunities based on insights, understanding market changes and technology to define the right product value propositions.
-
Defining objectives and key results for integration initiatives.
-
Ensuring clear communication about priorities, progress, and changes to all partners internal and external, promoting context and transparency.
-
Supporting and contributing innovation efforts in digital play and gaming.
-
Monitoring and analyzing integration product performance.
-
Minimum 5 years of proven experience.
-
Preferred: Knowledge of gaming ecosystems, tools, and platforms, with experience in integrating achievement systems, account systems, and loyalty programs.

Proficient with product management tools (Miro, Figma, Slack, Jira, Teams, Share Point) and the entire digital product development lifecycle, from ideation to final product.

Passionate about working with diverse teams and partners, thriving in dynamic environments.

Proven ability to drive and inspire product teams to achieve common goals.

Strong creative perspective with a passion for developing playful, engaging experiences.
-
Strong communication and facilitation skills, both verbally and visually.

Prior experience with children or young adult digital products is beneficial.
