Project and Exhibition Coordinator – Instore

Dynamic days and international tasks
As a Project and Exhibition Coordinator you will play an important role in preparation for our trade fairs across Europe – hereby ensuring that our high quality workwear is presented in the very best way with our innovative Instore solutions.
In this role your responsibility will be to coordinate our international exhibitions from start to finish. With your strong project and time management skills, you will ensure that everything happens according to the plan – both in terms of setting the deadlines and preparing time schedules, as well as coordination and communication between all involved parties.
Your tasks will include:
- Project coordination of exhibitions planning in Europe and other instore projects
- Coordination with Country Managers across Europe and our team of installers in Denmark
- Maintenance of concept manual/guideline for our instore interior
- Booking exhibition materials in our ERP system (SAP)
- Administrative tasks
We imagine that you
- Have some years of practical experience from a similar position, working with exhibitions in Europe. Alternatively, you have a technical understanding or have worked with interior design in an international organization.
- Are driven, energetic and you enjoy working with tight deadlines.
- Are structured and can maintain an overview and focus, even when in busy periods.
- Are a strong team player and you can achieve great results both as being part of a team as well as working on your own.
- Are an excellent communicator across all levels and fluent in Danish and English – both in writing and in speech. If you also speak German or French, it is only an advantage.
