We are looking for a Project Manager for our client in the Financial Sector.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Have proven project management experience (5+ years) of implementing technical change solutions
Experience of delivering technology projects
Ability to manage complex assignments at various levels of maturity across multiple teams, adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Solid understanding of software development life cycle
Proactive, great organisational, project, and time management skills
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organisations
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
Team player & able to collaborate with others
University degree ideally in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
Experience within financial crime prevention would be considered a strong plus
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Manage and deliver complex technology projects for FCIIA (example: machine learning & AI projects)
Manage data driven financial crime initiatives to help reduce financial crime risk
Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders (both IT and business users) to ensure the end-to-end management of a project
Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
