QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Have proven project management experience (5+ years) of implementing technical change solutions
- Experience of delivering technology projects
- Ability to manage complex assignments at various levels of maturity across multiple teams, adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle
- Proactive, great organisational, project, and time management skills
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organisations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
- Team player & able to collaborate with others
- University degree ideally in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
- Experience within financial crime prevention would be considered a strong plus
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Manage and deliver complex technology projects for FCIIA (example: machine learning & AI projects)
- Manage data driven financial crime initiatives to help reduce financial crime risk
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders (both IT and business users) to ensure the end-to-end management of a project
- Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership Management reporting and oversight
