We are looking for a skilled QA specialist, to take part in a strong, evolving, and fast-moving organisation with a significant role in securing the quality and safety of Novo Nordisk's products. The position
As QA specialist your main task will be to ensure patient safety, by delivering high-quality standards for our products and production processes. We offer you an exciting, challenging, and key role where you become part of a skilled team which acts as quality sparring partners for our stakeholders.
The tasks of AMSAT QA are diverse, but our main responsibility is ensuring quality and compliance with production processes and products of all Novo Nordisk sites within aseptic filling. Within these areas, we review and approve documents within e.g. compatibility of process aids and primary packaging, stability, and reference samples as well as product specifications. For the different tasks, you verify that studies are setup, conducted and documented with the right level of quality.
As a team we are involved in complex cases with high attention with stakeholders both locally and internationally. In these tasks, QA ensure and sets the quality direction as well as align across the organisation.
Through effective communication and social skills, you will use your talents to set quality direction for stakeholders and be a present character on the shopfloor. The role requires proactive oversight and the will to identify and ensure improvements for the area.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Master's degree in biology, Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar
- At least 3 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry within quality, or production
- Solid GMP experience from pharmaceutical industry, preferably aseptic production, and processes
- Fluency in English

You thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and communication with many different stakeholders will be crucial for your success. You are a role model in your team and a resource for colleagues with less experience.
About the department
You will become part of a great department with many interfaces around the organisation, both in Denmark and our international production sites. The department consists of 67 people divided into four teams, and this position is in the Products & Processes team. The team consists of highly knowledgeable and skilled people, covering the diverse area of AMSAT.
