Senior Project Manager

• Develop, operate, and continuously improve our project management processes, tools & templates, in close collaboration with project directors and other key stakeholders in our organisation
• Continuously mature our way of working with project management and ensure anchoring and training of the organisation
• Manage change related to maturing and aligning our project management processes and tools & templates engaging with stakeholders and ensuring their buy-in, and by this successful implementation of new/improved initiatives

• Hold a master’s degree within a relevant field such as science, engineering or business
• Have +5 years of experience with project management, and developing/operating project management processes and tools & templates used for a diverse project portfolio
• Demonstrate excellent change management skills and ability to facilitate a common way of working across a diverse stakeholder landscape
• Possess solid life science/pharmaceutical industry experience and a strong business acumen
• Display proficiency in both spoken and written English
