FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies er verdens ledende kontraktproducent af biologisk medicin (CDMO). Vi servicerer kunder i medicinalindustrien – fra prækliniske undersøgelser til kommerciel GMP-produktion. Vores Kvalitetskontrolafdeling (QC) i Hillerød består af ca. 240 ansatte som er inddelt i forskellige support funktioner og 3 analyseafdelinger. Vi stræber efter en stærk QC-team ånd (One QC), hvor vi formår at hjælpe og samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger - ikke kun for at nå vores mål, men også for at styrke personlig udvikling. Du vil referere til manager for QC Chemistry, og dit arbejde kommer til at gå på tværs af to teams der udfører Kemiske og Kromatografiske in-proces og frigivelse analyser. Der vil være berøringsflade med de andre teams, hvorfor du får en god mulighed for at lære meget om alle afdelingerne, samt at få endnu flere gode kollegaer.
Dine kvalifikationer
Vi søger en person med det rette servicegen og energi, og som forstår kravene i et c GMP QC-laboratorium. Som vores kommende kollega er det vigtigt at du har forståelse for arbejdet i et laboratorie, er indforstået på en travl hverdag med skiftende prioriteringer. Du skal også besidde gode samarbejdsevner, have et godt overblik, være smilende og forstå behovet for at arbejde tæt sammen i og på tværs af teams. Vi hjælper hinanden for at lykkes med vores fælles mål. Du er nysgerrig, selvkørende, dedikeret og systematisk og kan planlægge din dag på en struktureret måde.
  • Du har en laboratoriebaggrund – gerne med c GMP erfaring.
  • Du er effektiv, selvkørende, struktureret og grundig
  • Gode engelskkundskaber er en forudsætning, da engelsk er vores virksomhedssprog.
  • God IT-forståelse udover Office-pakken
Dine primære opgaver vil bl.a. være:
  • Indkøb af forbrugsvarer, modtage, registrere og frigive kemikalier, fylde op i laboratoriet, følge op på indkøb
  • Rengøring/vedligehold af køl/frys
  • Pipette vedligeholdelse (kalibrering) - aflevere/hente/dele ud
  • Arkivering af c GMP dokumentation
  • Dokumentation i CMMS i forbindelse med vedligeholdelse af udstyr og lukning af udstyret
  • Køl og frys alarm (i CE og VDS) assessment og håndtering
  • Udpakning af forbrugsvarer
  • Buffer forberedelse inkl. p H-meter kalibrering
  • Hjælpe til med vedligeholdelse af laboratorierne inkl. ombygning/udvidelse
  • Vedligehold af udstyr
  • Bidrage til et sikkert og sundt arbejdsmiljø, hvor vi fokuserer på det gode samarbejde og One QC spirit
