About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Q&A Coordinator and lead the way in implementing world-class safety standards (WCS) based on the ISO standards. We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance on our construction sites, working closely with a supportive and experienced HSE team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. As a team, we are working on improving the health and safety environments at our site and eliminate all unsafe work.

Your role will be key in being responsible for updating standards, process and deployment of WCS to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes governing environmental, health and safety as well as industry standards. As such, you’ll be responsible for addressing issues whenever onsite work is scheduled.

How you might spend your days
As a QA Coordinator, you’ll:

Define and roll-out of internal rules defined by a collection of policies, process, documented procedures, and records are in place.
Drive the implementation of World Class Safety (WCS) initiatives in collaboration with line manager, customers, and (NNE) site HSE leads.
Develop agile trainings for Construction Management, Site HSE and C&Q.
Supervise the roll out trainings in QMS.
Conduct internal audits within BIG7 projects for the compliance of standards, process, and documentation.
Suggest relevant improvements to Guidelines, Manuals and Best Practices.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

You hold a relevant degree within Construction/Safety/Quality Management, Quality Assurance or the like.
Auditor or (preferred) lead Auditor experience.
Internal- & external stakeholder management skills.
Relevant site HSE experience as e.g. HSE in construction.
IT software relevant user experience (e.g. Dalux, Microsoft, Share Point, Permit Vision).
Mandatory “Danish Arbejdsmiljø uddannelse” / AMK-P/B 5days course is appreciated.
ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 certificate appreciated.
You speak and write English. Danish speaking and writing are considered an advantage.
