The position
As a Quality Supporter at Novo Nordisk, your role involves several key responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring c GMP-compliance in AM HI, FPM Multipack. Furthermore, you will manage customer complaints and handle deviations, including complex cases requiring systematic problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Additionally, part of your role will involve training staff in GMP and behaviour on the lines, optimizing performance through projects, providing support via on-call duty, and developing and implementing quality assurance strategies.
Qualifications

Academic degree within a scientific area or other relevant experience.

Knowledge of quality and GMP requirements.

c GMP knowledge and good analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and show responsibility in daily work.

Proficiency in Danish and English.
It would be beneficial to have experience with c LEAN, experience in handling complex quality assurance cases, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate new practices.

You will be part of the AM HI, FPM Multipack team, located at our facility. Our department is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
