R&D Test Operator

En ny stilling tilbydes på vores nye R&D Testcenter i Frederikshavn. Stillingen vil være en del af det eksisterende R&D-testteam i Frederikshavn, men også en del af vores globale R&D-organisation med hovedkontor i Augsburg, Tyskland. R&D Testcenter i Frederikshavn er en vigtig del af det globale motorudviklingsteam, hvor der udføres R&D-test og udvikling på både high- og medium speed firetaktsmotorer, på både diesel, gas og nye grønne brændstoffer.
Du vil spille en vigtig rolle inden for:
- R&D-test af motorer og Gen Sets
- R&D-målinger på motorer og Gen Sets
- Fejlfinding og analyse af grundårsager
- Reparation og genopbygning af motorer og Gen Sets
- Installation af udstyr, motorer og Gen Sets i vores testceller.
- Testkørsel af R&D-motorer
- Evaluering af motorens ydeevne
- Justering af motorer for at opfylde krav til ydeevne
- Er uddannet skibsmontør, lastbil- eller busmekaniker.
- Erfaring med marine high-speed motorer er en fordel, men ikke et krav
- Har erfaring med reparation og fejlfinding på high-speed motorer
- Er i stand til at holde hovedet koldt i en travl hverdag
- Har et solidt kendskab til Microsoft Office pakken
- Kan læse og skrive på engelsk
- Er en team player
Du vil blive en del af et team af dedikerede operatører og ingeniører, der bruger deres dage på at udføre RD-tests og hjælpe kolleger i vores serieproduktion, når de har brug for hjælp til test eller montering. Vi sikrer, at vores motorer opfylder alle lovgivninger i forhold til emissioner og præsterer på markedets højeste standarder. Vi er også dybt involveret i test af ny teknologi til reduktion af brændstofemissioner. Vi arbejder tæt sammen med vores designkolleger i Augsburg, Tyskland,

A new position is offered at our new R&D Test Centre in Frederikshavn. The position will be part of an existing R&D Test team in Frederikshavn, but also part of our global R&D organization, with head office in Augsburg, Germany. The R&D test Centre in Frederikshavn is a vital part of the global engine development team where R&D tests and development are carried out on both high and medium-speed four-stroke engines, on both Diesel, GAS and new “Green Fuels”
You will play an important role in:
- R&D Test of Engines and Gen Sets
- R&D Measurements on Engines and Gen Sets
- Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
- Engine and Gen Sets repair and rebuild
- Engine, Gen Set, and Equipment Installation on Engines, Gen Sets, and Test Cells
- Running R&D Engines for Tests
- Evaluation of Engine performance
- Adjusting Engines to meet Performance Requirements
- Are educated as Ships Fitter or Truck or Bus Mechanic
- Have Experience with Marine High-Speed Engines is not a must but a clear advantage
- Have experience in Repair and Trouble Shooting on High-Speed Engines
- Are able to keep a clear head in a busy day
- Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Read and Write English
- Are a Team Player
You will join a Team of Dedicated Operators and Engineers who spend their days performing R&D Tests, and helping our colleagues in our Serial Production, when they need Assistance in Test or Assembly. We ensure that our Engines fulfil all legislations in relation to Emissions and Perform at the market’s highest standards. We are also deeply involved in tests on new fuels Emission Reduction Technology. We are working in close corporation with our Design Colleagues in Augsburg, Germany.
