Your Role
As the Scrum Master for our IT Supply Chain and IT Logistics teams, you will help to ensure optimal product availability for millions of customers and the development of robust logistics solutions across Denmark, Germany, and Poland. You will also drive organizational change, promoting agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide two Product teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
• Agile Advocacy: Promote agile practices and drive organizational change.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owner and Manager to ensure team health and development.
• Community Engagement: Join a diverse community of Scrum Masters focused on learning and sharing.
• Innovation: Support continuous improvement in delivery processes and the IT & Digital organization.
• Change Agent: Lead initiatives to implement new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master.

• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
