• Keeping track of and helping solve impediments, escalate if necessary and help the team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews
• Ensuring that the agile team is equipped with the right knowledge, tools and training to reach the teams’ maximum potential and coordinating work across different areas that would like use Mule Soft for integration while keeping track of the different features for the different projects.
• Coordinating the different releases needed with the different projects, planning testing activities together with the teams and supporting teams with technical incidents or challenges around Mule Soft integrations
• Helping the team roles prepare and align expectations before and during events
• Promoting agile way of working incl. working in Azure Dev Ops and driving continuous improvement in the team, by creating a learning environment, and ensuring learnings are shared with other agile teams and Novo Nordisk’s

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in computer science, engineering, chemistry, biology or other relevant fields and more than 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or from an agile delivery team preferably with SAFe Agile framework.
• You have a good comprehension of IT and experience with IT infrastructure, and potentially worked on IT projects in a regulated industry.
• The project is using Azure Dev Ops tool therefore it is requirement to have experience with the tool
• Strong people and change management, and communication skills with cross-cultural mindset
• Fluency in written and spoken English are essential
