SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Do you want the chance to a significant difference in a truly global organization? Are you a skilled Senior Business Analyst looking for a new adventure in the Industrial sector?

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client, where you will get the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program within a leading industrial company. You will be a key player in the GPC PIONEER Program within the Solution Selling workstream, collaborating closely with a global corporate team to drive business transformation through scaled agile principles. You will also work alongside the Business Capabilities workstream lead to analyze and design business and application changes. Partnering with the product owner, business owners, solution architect, divisional leads, and other stakeholders, you will define and refine the scope of systems and applications within the Solution Selling area.

Location: Mid Jutland, 2-3 days onsite pr. week is a must

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Collaborate with the product owner and divisional leads to define requirements and develop a roadmap for Solution Selling applications
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for future system functionalities
Work with the solution architect to define architecture and technology needs for delivering business solutions
Play a central role in bridging the gap between IT and business, ensuring alignment on the program's goals and direction
Support the agile transformation through comprehensive analysis and technical insights

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, bridging the gap between IT and business teams
Expertise in translating business needs into IT solutions
Experience with business development, identifying and detailing business cases in a commercial & digital context
Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured and collaborative approach
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in MS Power Point
A solid understanding of global corporate environments
Preferred: Experience in product sales, including product selection, sizing, and configuration
Preferred: Engineering background or strong mechanical/technical knowledge
Preferred: Digital sales & ecommerce understanding, in order to support project collaboration and customer self service solutions
Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and scaled agile methodologies
Professional level of English - both oral and written
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
