Do you have excessive commercial understanding and experience working with large real estate portfolios optimizing both on a portfolio level and single large asset, and are you motivated to work in an international, dynamic, fast-growing, and diverse organization? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior profile to help advise our growing Consulting team in Copenhagen.

The Position

In this strategic role, you will leverage your deep commercial real estate expertise to provide best-in-class service to our Danish client base with assets both domestic and overseas. You will act as a trusted advisor on our clients’ portfolios, partnering with them to develop and execute real estate strategies that optimize their portfolios or single large assets and align with their core business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming a true partner in their success Lead the development and execution of comprehensive real estate strategies, encompassing transaction management, portfolio optimization, lease administration, and strategic advisory services.
Develop current clients into a robust client relationship and actively leverage your network to develop further business.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks and deliver actionable insights to clients.
Connect internally with junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Advisor on commercial construction projects assisting owners as occupiers and investors in optimizing their asset value.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have at minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field, such as commercial real estate, management consulting, or finance, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and project execution.

As a colleague we value that you have a good work ethic, possess a good drive and that you have a strong team spirit, which adds good energy to the team. You can make independent decisions and you are an outgoing and positive person. Finally, you manage to navigate through vary in complexity, and some will have tight deadlines. You are strong in stakeholder management; you navigate easily in an international environment and speak/write Danish and English at a high level. It is important that you to all projects have a commercial mindset and can work holistically with all CBRE service lines when interacting and planning future projects.

Other qualifications we are looking for:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex client challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior-level executives.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or Engineering)
