You’ll be part of Infrastructure Management where you, together with your colleagues, will form part of the IAM Product Line. We are responsible for the IAM product, identity and access security best practices, processes, guidelines, and technical platforms. You’ll collaborate with business units and our global Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) organisations to address their requirements and security concerns as well as those of regulators, partners, and clients. You’ll be part of Infrastructure Management where you, together with your colleagues, will form part of the IAM Product Line. We are responsible for the IAM product, identity and access security best practices, processes, guidelines, and technical platforms. You’ll collaborate with business units and our global Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) organisations to address their requirements and security concerns as well as those of regulators, partners, and clients. You’ll play an important role in:
- configuration and development of our Sail Point Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution including onboarding of applications and domains to the IGA solution, configuring access review campaigns etc.
- aligning with internal stakeholders on how the IGA processes should work, and implementing this in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) application in collaboration with others in the team
- performing application lifecycle management incl. integrations to source and target systems
- delivering 3rd level support, problem management, change and release management according to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards in cooperation with our 3rd party support vendor, providing detailed Mit ID support
- supporting IT goals and objectives including measures and projects, delivering value to the our business through identified activities and tasks under the SAFe Agile framework.
- have strong knowledge of the technical configuration and development of Sail Point or other IAM solutions, incl. identity data flows, security roles, entitlement management, certifications and troubleshooting IAM issues in a large-scale multi-site environment
- have knowledge of Mit ID and/or Nem ID
- demonstrate a structured approach, dedication to delivering top quality results and possess excellent communication skills
- are able to manoeuvre in an Agile setup and have a personal drive to achieve results.
