Senior IT Project Manager

• Leading the end-to-end project management of complex IT initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Developing and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Managing and mitigating project risks, and address issues proactively to ensure successful project delivery.

• Communicating project status, issues, and risks to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving the implementation of best practices in project management.

• Mentor and guide junior project managers and project teams
  
  

• MSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (A track record of successfully delivering digital projects within pharma or other GMP regulated industries are a plus).

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Professional proficiency in English.
