Senior IT/OT Project Manager

• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for complex ITOT projects/programs.

• Identifying IT/OT risks and create effective mitigation strategies.

• Leading IT/OT activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.

• Facilitating project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion.

• Providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members and junior project managers.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the manager in establishing new project governance within the team
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

• Extensive experience in IT/OT or IT/Automation projects within highly regulated manufacturing environments, including GMP and validation.

• Ability to develop and implement technical roadmaps, training programs, and upgrades for the systems.

• Experience with technical assessments, evaluations, and compliance with technical standards and best practices.

• Proven ability to lead technical innovation and maintain expertise in emerging IT/OT systems and technologies.

• Fluent written and oral English.
