• Overseeing the integration of acquired companies and new material categories, including scope definition, strategy, supplier oversight, and material quality control
• Cultivating strong connections with external partners, advisors, and acquisition prospects to drive growth
• Serving as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment of decisions, activities, and representation in relevant forums

• Hold a master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, project management, business administration, or another related field
• Demonstrate strong people management abilities, coaching, mentoring, and developing the team within a fast-paced environment
• Bring extensive project management expertise, with a proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration and experience working with value streams
• Showcase solid communication and stakeholder management skills, adeptly building a network within Product Supply and related areas within Novo Nordisk
• Display fluency in both spoken and written English
