Senior Manager Cross OT

• Lead a team of IT & Automation specialists and project managers

• Drive the execution of Cross-OT systems across global sites

• Build and manage a team comprising both internal and external employees

• Deliver Cross-OT solutions to sites under your guidance and technical leadership

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain automation hardware, software, and processes

• Work across aseptic production (AP), finished production (FP), Warehouse & Intralogistics (WH/IL), and Quality Control (QC) facilities

• Make data-driven decisions and compromises with transparency on benefits, risks, and consequences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology or similar

• Significant experience in automation technologies

• Excellent communication skills

• Serves as a role model by embodying Novo Nordisk values. Finds motivation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively handles multiple priorities

• Previous Electrical and mechanical engineering skills and project management skills are a plus
