Senior Manager, P&O Process Excellence

• Lead a dynamic team of 10 talented professionals, guiding and empowering them to achieve the strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement Process Management in P&O by aligning with business objectives, collaborating with senior leadership, and adjusting the setup to meet evolving business needs.

• Oversee and drive P&O process excellence through analysing HR processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement.

• Manage the P&O Process Excellence department, fostering a respectful work environment, developing talents, and driving a performance culture.

• Lead HR projects and initiatives, managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking project progress for effective reporting.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with process management and process optimisation.

• Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience. Experience working in a global organization will be a plus.

• Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams and/or projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
