You will be part of Global People, Business Partnering at LEO Pharma Ballerup. We play a key role in driving the HR agenda, supporting the success of our organisation and deliver excellent leadership advisory in times of transformation. We are a part of the larger Global People community of 120 HR colleagues worldwide. Driving people engagement, good leadership support and strategic HR projects
You will play a key role as trusted advisor for people leaders at especially Vice President level in the business unit Research and Development, as well as other group functions. An essential part of your role will be to provide coaching, challenge the status quo, and help drive the people agenda and development of these group functions.

Associated responsibility:

Act as a trusted advisor to VPs and their leadership teams in building good functions which will reach the full potential and achieve their professional goals.
Understand business objectives and develop people agendas that drive forward these goals aligned with the Global People priorities.
Drive change management efforts for supporting the people leaders on the transformation journey.
Contribute to data-driven decision-making and the continuous improvement of HR practices by analysing HR data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Provide reports and insights to management.
Drive organisational development initiatives as well as the yearly HR annual cycle.
Handle employee challenges and ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
Collaborate closely with the global Community of HRBP across LEO Pharma as well as the rest of Global People.

Furthermore, you who possesses solid analytical competencies with the ability to translate people data into meaningful insights. Lastly, you who strives for contributing to a positive work environment.

We imagine you have:

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Combined with experience working as HRBP in a large matrix organisation.
A proven track record of building relationships and drive the people and change agenda across a global complex organisation.
