Senior Project Manager - OT Project Execution Lead

• Collaborate with Experts and work closely with highly skilled automation specialists and project managers to drive the execution of automation projects across sites world Ywide.
• Ensure Timely and Budget-Conscious Implementation and successful implementation within defined timelines and budget across the portfolio
• Manage Schedules and Stakeholder Relationships and be responsible for the FP automation site schedule, maintain strong stakeholder relationships with FPMSAT, track changes, and align OT Systems deliverables with the Cross-OT team.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions and compromises with stakeholders across engineering, quality, sites, and suppliers, ensuring clarity and transparency on benefits, risks, and consequences
• Drive colaboration with sites during all phases of the program, focusing on quality, efficient delivery, and successful transition to operations

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer, Information and Communication Technology, or a similar field
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse areas and backgrounds to co-create solutions that drive value
• Significant experience in leading industrial automation projects, with a preference for experience in greenfield projects
• Strong understanding of SCADA/PLC/MES environments, communication protocols, OT/IT architectures, and cybersecurity best practices
