Senior Scientific Publications Manager

• Day-to-day, as well as strategic project management
• Interact and collaborate with key senior stakeholders across the global organisation
• Drive the development of scientific publications such as abstracts, poster/oral presentations, manuscripts and review articles
• Develop publication strategies/develop and execute publication plans for compounds in clinical development
• Guide the organisation to ensure both internal and external adherence to ethical and transparency standards and guidelines within Good Publication Practice
• Create and maintain budgets incl. vendor interaction, budget forecasting and follow up
• Interact in a compliant manner with health care professionals and key opinion leaders within specific therapy areas
• Explore, assess and ultimately enable the use of new digital tools/platforms to increase efficiency when developing publications, and the impact they have

• A relevant master’s degree in Life Science or any other related field, Project management experience (ability to manage multiple tasks with successful outcomes (i.e. ability to prioritise) and Stakeholder management experience
• Scientific communications experience in pharma, academia, publishing, medical communications or similar is an asset
• An understanding of how to create and maintain budgets
• Change ready to quickly adapt to new situations in a continuously developing environment
• An interest in the ethics of scientific communication and good publication practise. To be a certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) is an asset
