Senior Supply Manager

Location:Bagsværd, Capital Region of Denmark, DK

• Drive and develop relevant category teams, working closely with Quality, Strategic Sourcing, and other stakeholders to execute the Category Plan and solve specific issues.

• Optimize categories across the inbound supply chain from supplier to Novo Nordisk production in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Lead tasks and projects within the relevant category as defined in the category plan(s) or prioritized by the Category Group.

• Monitor and drive supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreements, on-time delivery, and quality performance.

• Conduct supplier meetings and drive supplier related projects

• Manage supplier capacity by establishing and coordinating purchase forecasts, matching supplier capacities to Novo Nordisk’s future production demands.

• Ensure supplier compliance with Novo Nordisk purchasing requirements, including managing supplier-related change requests.

• Drive and contribute to supplier/supply risk management in the relevant sourcing categories.
  
  

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-8 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Proven experience in supplier management, including performance monitoring and negotiation.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive tasks and projects to completion.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in supply chain management.
