Your efforts create a real difference that can really be felt:

You will have to solve tasks such as checkout operation, sorting donations, price tagging, setting up new items, etc. All tasks which are straightforward, but at the same time essential that these tasks are continuously solved. It keeps the store open, it ensures fresh products on the shelves and it makes the store exciting and inviting for our many customers. Your approx. 4 hours, are incredibly important hours for us, as it concretely means that we can stay open more, ensure a good working environment with good norms, and send the profit amount to the Church Cross Army's social work every year. An important work that supports those who most need a hand. The social work of the Church of the Cross meets people at eye level, even when they are lying down. We help families with children, lonely people, street people, addicts, and many more, in one of our 80 social services across the country. We can only do this because volunteers like you put in a handful of hours each week in one of our stores across the country.

We offer:
We offer a nice social community, with democratic management of work tasks and regular staff meetings. As well as lots of practical tasks! In addition, also annual social events and the possibility of voluntary courses and visiting days in the organisation.
We also have a recycling manager and a volunteer coordinator who can be contacted if needs or questions arise.

It is also very easy to get to the store by public transport, as it is centrally located close to Vanløse st. there is a hub for a wide range of public transport options.

You are:
minimum 18 years of age

thrives on practical tasks and customer service

can thrive with the social, but also the more independent, depending on personal needs

possibly interested in specific product groups, since we get a sea of different products. If you e.g. is good with books, so use it! Or jewelry, or leather, or whatever it may be. Your knowledge is only an advantage.
