Odense Hospital Project Team Joint Venture I/S is a cooperation between CMB and ITINERA working together with the Region of Southern Denmark for the building of the new Odense University Hospital. The new hospital consists of a total area of 250.000 sqmincluding 10.000 rooms and 21 km of corridors. Once completed, the new OUH will be the largest recently built hospital in Denmark.
We are looking for a PROJECT PLANNER who can perform following tasks:
Update the time schedule, scheduling and rescheduling in according with the development of the project.
Extraction of relevant information from the time schedule: mapower plan, production plan, cost and revenue curves.
Work in the project control office and transfer the information to construction management.
Monitors and analyse the progress of work and the deviations that could impact the project and reporting to the Construction Managers.
Update the reports.
Attend the coordination meeting with construction manager and subcontractors.
The figure will be a part of our digital Project control department, where the latest BIM technologies are used for planning andcontrol of this complex project.
Key Requirements/Qualification:
Experience in construction.
Degree in Architecture or Engineering is appreciated but not fundamental.
High proficiency with MS excel.
Knowledge of BIM programming soft ware Oracle Primavera or Synchro.
Fluent in English.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and to work to tight deadlines.
Work details:
The applicant will live in Denmark during the project.
The workplace is construction site of nyt OUH in South of Odense City in Denmark
There will be a 3-month trial period of employment.
