The position
As a Site Logistic Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will oversee and coordinate current and future construction projects impacting internal space management on site. Moreover, you will work across multiple functional areas and corporate service providers to ensure projects have space and access to needed areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the safety and security of the organisation’s employees, clients, visitors, and property.
Evaluating, selecting, and managing relationships with external contractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service standards.
Ensuring long-term availability and sufficient capacity of the organisation’s energy sources, parking facilities, office space, and canteen services.
Coordinating operational requirements with operational area managers.
Developing and administering policies and procedures designed to ensure the safety and security of visitors and employees.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

Proven experience in logistics coordination, particularly in construction projects.
Knowledge of safety and security policies and procedures.
Experience in facility management; background in administrative support services or familiarity with strategic planning and forecasting are considered an advantage.
Experience with Auto CAD or other drawing systems is highly beneficial.
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is considered an advantage.

On a personal level, you possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, allowing you to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively convey information and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Additionally, you have a proven ability to manage relationships with external contractors, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables. By fostering positive relationships and maintaining open lines of communication, you strive to create a productive and collaborative working environment.

About the department
The “Future AM Bagsværd” department is a small team dedicated to delivering a project program with a rolling ten-year outlook, ultimately renewing our aseptic site. The department is part of Aseptic Manufacturing Bagsværd, which consists of 7 departments. Located in Bagsværd, the team operates in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, ensuring the seamless execution of our long-term projects.
