Your main responsibilities

…is to connect the customer's business and existing systems (ERP or similar) with ours and prepare a resource-realistic plan for the project.

Lead as the technical expert, assisting customers in defining, scoping, and estimating optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
Oversee the technical aspects of implementation projects, working closely with developers and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
Actively contributes to the development and implementation process, focusing on custom integration solutions when standard frameworks are not applicable.
Serve as a mentor and sparring partner to support team members’ technical and professional growth.
Engage actively in creating a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

2+ years of experience in ERP, particularly with Dynamics AX, NAV, BC, and F&0
Experience with SQL Server and debugging with SQL scripting
Strong background as a C# developer with experience in technical project management.
Proven track record in customer projects, ideally within the e Commerce or broader software solutions sector.
Ability to act as a mentor and technical sparring partner, contributing to the team's technical growth.

You confidently help clients define and scope the right solutions, guiding them with your technical insight to set projects on the right course from the start.
Working side-by-side with developers, consultants, and project managers, you take ownership of the technical direction while keeping everyone aligned on the path to successful project delivery.
Your skill in tackling complex integrations without predefined frameworks allows you to innovate and tailor unique solutions for each client.
As a mentor, you share your expertise, support your team’s growth, and create an environment where technical excellence is a shared goal.
