Your main responsibilities
…is to connect the customer's business and existing systems (ERP or similar) with ours and prepare a resource-realistic plan for the project.
- Lead as the technical expert, assisting customers in defining, scoping, and estimating optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
- Oversee the technical aspects of implementation projects, working closely with developers and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Actively contributes to the development and implementation process, focusing on custom integration solutions when standard frameworks are not applicable.
- Serve as a mentor and sparring partner to support team members’ technical and professional growth.
- Engage actively in creating a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in ERP, particularly with Dynamics AX, NAV, BC, and F&0

Experience with SQL Server and debugging with SQL scripting
Strong background as a C# developer with experience in technical project management. - Proven track record in customer projects, ideally within the e Commerce or broader software solutions sector.
- Ability to act as a mentor and technical sparring partner, contributing to the team's technical growth.

- Working side-by-side with developers, consultants, and project managers, you take ownership of the technical direction while keeping everyone aligned on the path to successful project delivery.
- Your skill in tackling complex integrations without predefined frameworks allows you to innovate and tailor unique solutions for each client.
- As a mentor, you share your expertise, support your team’s growth, and create an environment where technical excellence is a shared goal.
