QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience with sourcing and procurement processes
- Experience with software selection and technology services
- Experience with communication and negotiation
- Experience from the pharma industry
- Relevant educational background
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
- Able to start right away
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Define overall sourcing strategy in collaboration with sourcing management and procurement
- Drive and support RFI-RFP processes including software selection and technical and migration analysis
- Communication with suppliers and coordination of supplier evaluation and feedback
- Support on defining business case for transformation and migration
- Develop decision materials for selection of suppliers, services and products
- Develop make-buy strategy including roles and responsibilities Support contract development and coordinate negotiation processes
