Team leader (d/m/w) Service or Sales for the new opening of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in Denmark
Full-time / part-time

- Leading and motivating the team, ensuring smooth operations
- Responsibility for quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue
- Organizing daily operations and staff coordination during the shift
- Carrying out cash reconciliations and shift handovers
- Training and onboarding new staff, ensuring quality standards
- Ordering, receiving, and storing goods
- Preparing and presenting dishes
- Cashier and sales duties
- Ideally, completed training as a restaurant specialist, restaurant specialist, system catering specialist, hotel specialist or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field, ideally with management experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
- Organisational talent, ability to work under pressure and positive attitude
- Time flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, communicative and open mannerpersonality
- Proficient in MS Office and well-versed in the programs
- Good knowledge of Danish, good knowledge of English or German is also welcome
