What you will do
By joining Pandora’s Global Strategy & Business Development Team, you will support in shaping and executing Pandora’s corporate strategy. You will be part of an ambitious team that drives large and complex strategic projects across the organisation globally to deliver future growth. The role reports into the Head of the Global Strategy & Business Development team and is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your key areas of responsibility will be to:

Support problem solving on complex business challenges and build a case for new business opportunities
Drive work based on guidance on key issues and hypotheses to arrive at clear syntheses
Create clear and structured presentation material for a senior/executive audience

What we are looking for
In this role, we are looking for a candidate who is proactive, humble and has an ambitious attitude. You should be a team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills capable of combining quantitative and qualitative insights are a must. You should also be comfortable with turning complex data into clear, impactful storytelling. Furthermore, your attention to detail ensures high-quality, polished deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences.

Furthermore, we hope to see that you are:

Passionate about the retail/consumer goods industry
A proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite
Fluent in English with good communication skills
Already equipped with foundational experience from consulting or a strategy role within consumer-oriented sectors, such as FMCG, retail, or branded goods
Actively enrolled at a university in Copenhagen, Denmark, pursuing the final year of your Bachelor’s or first year of your Master’s degree
