Join Services and collaborate with stakeholders across Innovation
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be part of the Services organization (part of Marketing & Services in Innovation). Here, you will work with project managers, commercial owners, and specialists from different teams. Together, we support our subsidiaries in delivering services to both patients and HCPs across a number of platforms. Coloplast offers a shuttle-bus service from Humlebæk station mornings and afternoon to easen your commute. In addition, you will also be able to agree on working-from-home tasks with your manager.

Build your commercial understanding and competencies
As a Student Assistant you work app. 20 hours per week and support across the team members of Services. You will refer directly to one manager, who will be your ongoing sparring partner, on how to prioritize and solve tasks.

Tasks will vary, but most likely include:
Assist team in ensuring that educational and support assets are aligned with key HQ stakeholders and implemented in markets, e.g.
Maintaining our brand portal with new assets
Running approval processes in Promo Mats (platform to ensuring claims compliance)
Support on implementing marketing automation solutions to markets
Ad hoc presentation support (Power Point)
Ad hoc updates to content implementation overviews
Support team on admin tasks

A commercial student with eagerness to learn
First and foremost, you are eager to learn. You are able to work independently and enjoy reaching out to new stakeholders to understand a task. You have good business acumen and are motivated by getting the job done.

In addition, the below skills improve your chance of success:
You are most likely about to initiate your 3rd year of your bachelor's degree in a Business degree
Power Point proficiency is key
You enjoy solving tasks swiftly
Fluency in English is a requisite
Self-management and independence is key
Graphic design capabilities / ability to navigate in In Design is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
