We are on the lookout for a Student Assistant to join our vibrant Performance Management team at Arla Foods, located at our Headquarters in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark. Here, you will work closely with experienced professionals and enhancing your understanding of business strategy.

How will you make an impact?

As our Student Assistant, you will add value by supporting our performance management initiatives on staff and indirect cost. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with EMT reporting on a monthly basis
• Supporting Fund our Future reporting
• Performing target changes and optimizing our financial models in Excel
• Conducting cost bucket analyses and creating presentation materials
• Involvement in ad hoc tasks in Group Performance Management

What will make you successful?

We are looking for candidates who are in the early stages of their master's in Finance, Finance & International Business or related fields. You are flexible and able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week. We expect you have:

• A structured approach and a keen eye for the detail
• Good financial and business understanding
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and Power Point for presentation material. Experience with SAP BW and Power BI is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to engage effectively with stakeholders
• A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
