Key responsibilities:
- Implement different learning initiatives
- Increase learning coverage by engaging learners, regular follow-ups, and analysis of reports
- Promote available learning offering across the zone
- Ensure learning process compliance with the company guidelines (e.g., procurement, learning standards)
- Come forward with suggestions and ideas for innovative learning solutions and activities
In this role you will also be extracting reports from various platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and turning the data into visuals to update HR Business Partner community and leaders on progress learning programs. You will also be working with multiple stakeholders and be the go-to person for employees, HR, and leaders in relation to learning related questions.
You will work closely together with our Talent and Learning Manager covering Northern Europe and with colleagues from many interesting parts of the world.
The working hours will be around 15-20 hours per week. You will, of course, get access to the same facilities as all your colleagues such as activities, canteen, fitness etc.
We believe you are the right one if you:
- Are studying a bachelor’s or a master’s degree within some relevant field (for example Business, HR, Finance, or IT)
- Have a couple of years left of your studies
- Are fluent in English
- Are curios and eager to learn while paying attention to details
- You have well developed excel skills
You are good at collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders. You are not afraid of working in different systems and you thrive in communicating both written and verbally with colleagues from all over the world
